Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refunds for paid RiskForesight subscriptions and AI Credit top-ups. Payments and refunds are administered by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing screen in your workspace. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid term. Cancellation does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for the current term except as stated below or as required by law.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

For your first subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase by contacting us at sales@riskforesight.app or via Paddle. This guarantee does not apply to renewals or to subsequent purchases.

3. AI Credit top-ups

AI Credits are a consumable digital good made available immediately on purchase. Top-up purchases are therefore non-refundable once bought, except where a refund is required by law.

4. Enterprise agreements

Refunds and cancellation for Enterprise plans are governed by the applicable order form or master agreement.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory local law. Refunds are administered by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

6. How to request a refund

Email sales@riskforesight.app with your account email and the order or transaction reference from your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
