What this page covers
- Discrete events and uncertainties in one register
- Pre and post-mitigation probability
- Search, filter and colour-code the register
The quantitative register the engine actually runs: discrete risk events and continuous uncertainties, with pre and post-mitigation probability.
Two kinds of thing live here: discrete events that either happen or don't, and continuous uncertainties that always apply. Both carry a probability the model samples — and a post-mitigation figure, so you can see what the action is supposed to buy.
| Id | Description | Risk Type | Probability | Post-Mit Probability | Color |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| RSK-0006 | Quality defect requiring rework | Discrete | 50% | — | |
| RSK-0007 | Heavy-lift vessel clash | Discrete | 60% | — | |
| RSK-0008 | Severe weather window | Discrete | 90% | — | |
| RSK-0011 | Subcontractor availability — cost only | Discrete | 75% | — | |
| RSK-0012 | Long-lead delivery slip | Discrete | — | — | |
| RSK-0022 | Permit approval delay | Discrete | 50% | — | |
| RSK-0026 | Scope change / late requirement | Discrete | 30% | — | |
| DU-001 | Duration Uncertainty | Uncertainty | 100% | — | |
| UC-001 | Duration Uncertainty | Uncertainty | 100% | 100% |
Open a risk and you set what it actually does: how likely it is, the schedule and cost distributions it draws from, how the impact spreads over the activities it maps to — and the same again for the position after the action plan has done its job.
No actions yet — add them on the risk's Actions tab in the register.
