Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026 · Part of the Terms of ServiceThis Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of RiskForesight and forms part of our Terms of Service. You are responsible for your users’ compliance with it.
1. Prohibited activities
You must not, and must not permit any user or third party to:
Legal & rights
- use the service in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights;
- upload or process content you do not have the right to use;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or confidentiality rights.
Security & integrity
- upload malware or malicious code;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or breach or circumvent authentication, tenant isolation, rate limits, seat limits, or usage/credit metering;
- access data or accounts that are not yours, or attempt to do so;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
Misuse of the platform
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or algorithms, except to the extent permitted by law;
- resell, sublicense, or make the service available to third parties except as expressly permitted;
- use the service to build or train a competing product or model;
- use automated means to scrape or extract data beyond documented APIs and your own data.
Abusive or harmful use
- send spam or unsolicited messages via the service;
- use the service to harass, defame, or harm others;
- upload unlawful, hateful, or grossly offensive content.
Export & sanctions
- use the service in breach of export-control or sanctions laws, or from an embargoed jurisdiction.
2. AI features
When using AI-assisted features, you must not attempt to (a) generate content that is unlawful or infringing; (b) circumvent safety or usage controls; or (c) input data you are not permitted to disclose to our AI subprocessors. AI outputs are informational and require human review; you remain responsible for decisions made using them.
3. Fair use of resources
The service is metered by seats and AI credits and may apply rate limits to protect availability. You must not circumvent these controls or place an unreasonable load on the service.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination under the Terms of Service, with notice where practicable. We may remove infringing or harmful content and may report unlawful activity to authorities.

Report suspected abuse or security issues to legal@riskforesight.app.
